We have a huge place on the Upper East Side (70th & 2nd), just 4 blocks from Central Park and a short 30-sec walk to subway.
This private bedroom (not flex or converted) is large enough to fit a full bed, small dresser and desk. It's on the basement level and shares a bathroom with only one person.
This is a very spacious 2-story apt with living room, kitchen, dining area, small balcony, 3bdrms, 2 baths on the main floor. Downstairs are 3 more bdrms, 2 baths and a small sitting area. We also have a dishwasher, central a/c and heat, and our own in-unit washer and dryer!
Current roommates are professionals and grad students, mostly early 20's, all non-smokers (420 ok), kind, considerate, respectful, happy, and pretty chill. We like to hangout, go to happy hour, do brunch, watch tv, but it?s okay if you?d rather not. We have 3 small cats, so prefer no more pets.
No one in the home has been exposed to COVID-19 and we will professional clean and disinfect prior to move-in.
