Hello,

Welcome to what hopefully will be your new home where you can relax after a long days work. It?s located only 3 blocks from Q train and 12 blocks from 6 train. A 15 min walk to Central Park and 5 and 10 minute walk from two smaller parks. The apartment is fully furnished, nothing is needed( actually we prefer if you don?t bring any furniture). I am trying to Marie Kondo as much as possible.

-Currently has a lofted bed, but will have NEW Twin Bed and mattress.

-Closet (which good above storage for suitcases for example)
-Air Conditioner

Cost:
Rent: $1040
ALL utilities + household goods a flat fee of: $100 per month (heat, electric, internet, clean supplies etc)
Half month deposit(Cause Pandemic :) ): $570
