- This is one bedroom in a 2br/1ba apartment for a year's lease. I love this place, but my current roommate is moving out, so I am looking for a new one.
- Note the pictures are just what is on my phone; some before and some after I moved in a couple years back. I can provide more details upon request, but the room is big enough for a queen size bed and comes with a full size closet and a stand-up closet that can hold a good deal of clothes
- Move in is flexible: could be any time in June, but lease would start on July 1 for 1 year
- The living room and kitchen are furnished (you are welcome to bring things of course), but the bedroom is not furnished
- Close walk to the Q line, 4/5/6, and bus routes
- Laundry in building
- Utilities (WiFi, electric, gas) are separate from the $1,600, but fairly cheap, even during summer months
