Roommates Needed in Normandie Court

UPDATE: Someone has shown interest in the $1610 room. I am looking for someone to take over the $1490 room now. It is a complete floor to ceiling sound-proof wall, a huge window, and can fit a lot of stuff, like bedside drawers and dressers, even after a queen bed. There is a huge closet at the entrance of the apartment which will be for your use. Also, this room has its own AC/Heater unit.

You must be making 75-80K per year, and should have good credit. If using a guarantor, they should have an income of at least $370,000 per year. And the two roommates (which includes myself) are males. We don't have a gender preference.

Hi, I am a 27 y. o. Male young professional, currently living on the Upper East Side, on 95th Street and 2nd Avenue, the building is called Normandie Court. The lease I am currently on is set to expire in September, and I am looking to renew the lease on this apartment. I am looking for two roommates to replace the current ones, since they will be moving elsewhere. The rooms will be unfurnished.

The apartment is on the 26th floor of the building, and is a 2 bed 1.5 bath flexed to 3 bed. I am in the second room, and the flex room and master bedroom are up for grabs. The master bedroom can fit a king size bed with dressers, it has plenty of space. The rent for it will be $1610. The flex room can fit a queen size bed with bedside drawers and dresser. The rent for it will be $1490.

The apartment is in a luxury 24 hours doorman high-rise building. The 6 train stop is at 96th street and Lexington Ave, just one block away from the building. Last stop for the Q train is in the same block, just at the corner of 95th and 2nd. Cross town bus to the Upper West Side is right around corner. The building is just a few blocks from Central Park, and has 24-hour concierge, 24-hour laundry, and package room, dry-cleaners, and maid service in the building. The top floor of the building has a gym, a lounge, and a good-sized swimming pool.
