I am moving out of state for a new job and I am looking for someone to complete the last two months of my lease for July and August 2020. If you are interested, you can also stay on and start a new 12 month lease for September 2020.
The room is the actual bedroom (not the flex room) and is huge with its own closet and large windows. The building has a doorman, laundry garage, gym, and rooftop. It's located a block from the Q/F trains, and a few blocks from the 4/5/6/ N/R/W on 59th/Lex.
I've been living in this building for 3 years and absolutely love it!
