Awesome sunny in a quiet apartment available for about 2 months (from June 27 through September 1st) but dates can be a little flexible if needed.
Room has a full sized bed and includes a good size closet.
Smaller room is $950 (includes all bills)

About the apartment: recently renovated, clean, Air Conditioner nice and cold; sunny sit-in kitchen with all new appliances; one bathroom with a shower.
About the building: quiet, laundry on premises, safe.

Upper East Side: 10 minute walk to Central park, 5 min walk to air tram (to Roosevelt Island)
Trains: F, Q (63d st and 3d Avenue) within 5 min walk and 4, 5, 6 (green line) within 10 min walk (59th and Lexington). Decent street parking if you are used to parking in NYC :)

We have lots of restaurants and are a few avenues away from all the tourist attractions, but it is really a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood of NYC.

Rent: $950 per month ($1,900 for 2 months) Wifi, Air Conditioner use, electric gas included

You can have an option to rent the entire apartment for $2,100 per month ( comes to $4,200 for 2 months; that includes all bills).
