The location is at East 63rd Street. Short walk to the N, R, W, 4, 5 & 6 trains at the Lexington Ave station. The area is filled with restaurants, cafes, lounges, bars, and supermarkets. This a private furnished room. The apt. is an original bedroom converted to a two-bedroom apt. in a Building served with two Elevators and laundry. Comes fully furnished and ready to move into. The ROOM comes with a twin bed, desk, One half original closet + a wardrobe unit, chair for studying or doing work, and a ROKU TV.
It is a great place for you to set up for a short time

The Room size is around 110 sq/ feet.

The rate is $1,500 monthly Including Utilities and one set of Linens for a single
person.
The weekly rate
is for a single person and $400.00

A reimbursable asecurity Deposit in the amount of USD750.00 is required for the monthly term.

I'm a Hard worker Reliable, responsible, and quiet and I live a very healthy and fitness-oriented lifestyle and keep my place and my life clean and drama-free. I do not smoke, I'm an easy-going person who respects others' space/Boundaries I rarely have people staying overnight and or doing parties in the place.

Father of a 43-year-old son who is teaching Online for CUNY and looking forward to applying for POSTDOC.

In total 3(three) people will share the place You and my son.

It is a Private Keyed Room that doesn't; receive straight sun's light. however, it is well-aired. It has customized windows facing the hall and has a dual Fan installed that brings cool air from the Central A/C unit.
The Kitchen and the bathroom will be shared between 3 people.

My ideal Roommate would be Reliable and responsible. A friendly person opens for a common house necessary conversation and chill-out time whenever possible. But, that, at the same time, will respect the boundaries. A Professional or Student who will not bring the party home, will not smoke or not do drugs in the room and/or in the place, will clean up after himself, and will do the dishes if/or when cooking If have overnight guests more than 2 days up to 5 Days will compromise to pay/give financial help. I must be given a pre-notice.
A maximum of 3 days will be allowed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I do have a very friendly CAT.
