Subletting spacious private room in luxury building with two roommates (one male and one female). You?d share one bathroom with the male roommate. If the ad is up, I?m still looking.
I?m moving in with my girlfriend so I?m looking for someone to take over my lease from around Jan 15 2020 until August 26, 2020. I can be slightly flexible on the start date of the lease. My roommates plan on renewing indefinitely at this point, however, but they are open to someone who is staying until August only as well.
The room is decently spacious (I suck at taking photos and have a lot of furniture - it?s bigger than the photos make it seem). It fits a queen bed, wardrobe, desk, side tables, bookshelves, drawers. There?s a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove.
The building is a doorman building with a great health club on the roof (swimming pool, two gyms, group fitness classes, sundeck, lounge, the whole 9 yards).
Best of all, the building is right on top of the new 2nd Avenue Q train, so easy access to anywhere in the city. The 6 train is a 4 minute walk from the building.
Let me know if you?d like to see the room. Financial requirements (the building?s) are that you have to make ~60k and have a credit score of 650+. If you are a student or can have someone co-sign the lease with those requirements, that?s also fine.
