UES luxury 2bed, new roommate starting 7/1

Nice UES 2bdrm/1 bath on E 66th. Few minute walk from the F, Q, and 6 trains, easy to get around everywhere. Also close to Hunter and Marymount, convenient for college students.

Newly gutted, really done up luxuriously. Luxury finishings, modern hardwood floors, and cabinets; all stainless appliances; marble kitchen; floor to ceiling white marble bathroom with a rainfall shower.

It is a 6th floor walk up, but its not that bad. I complained at first, but you get used to it. My 70+ year old parents can handle it, you'll be fine! Plus to have an apt this nice in this location for this cheap, its worth it. If it was on the 2nd floor it'd be twice the price. The plus side is theres a ton of natural light, you can hear rain on the roof at night, and I jokingly say. "I live in and UES Penthouse". Both bedrooms have pretty nice north facing views.

ABOUT ME:

I'm a 24 year old grad student working on my Master's in Finance and work part time in private equity. My schedule is flexible. I'm very outgoing, and easy to get along with, but sometimes just like to stay in. A roommate who I can kick back and have a beer with would be nice. Big college sports fan. I'm clean and tidy but not a neat freak.

YOU:
You would have the bigger bedroom, just bc thats what my roommate has now. My current roommate is a bit messy so couldn't get the greatest pic - but you have a nice big wall of exposed brick and a window AC unit. As for personality, I'd prefer similar to me: Laid back, easy to get along with; white collar or college guy preferred.


Lease terms:

Move in 7/1 then you can sign your half of the lease like normal with the leasing company. They are easy to deal with and very helpful. If you had anything specific/different in mind let me know and we can probably figure something out. Standard 1 month security deposit.
