Room in comfy, cozy, furnished, 2 bed apt on UES

The mid-size room has a closet and storage space, large dresser and AC unit. Former roommates have moved to NYC from overseas with a suitcase and it worked out perfectly. Rent includes all utilities (heat, hot water, electricity, and Wi-Fi).

A little about me - I graduated from Pace University in 2009 and have lived in the apartment since 2010. I work fully remote and spend the majority of my time in Seattle with my fiance and Pennsylvania with my family. Through my agreement with work, I come to the city about 6-10 times a year for work events and to visit friends. Estimating approximately one week per visit. I’ll give plenty of advance notice when I plan to use the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a walkup building (2 flights of stairs). It’s 1/2 a block from the Q train and an 8-10 min walk to the 4,5,6. On the block there is a family run Italian restaurant with great pizza, a laundromat around the corner and several grocery stores close by. The neighborhood is fantastic and close to Carl Schurz Park, the UES ferry terminal, and Central Park.
