Quaint and cozy one-bedroom in best location

Shabby chic antique off Fifth Avenue on a quiet block between the Guggenheim and Metropolitan Museums, this cozy one-bedroom is steps from the entrance to the Central Park reservoir. The living room has a day bed (where I sleep when guest prefers the bedroom) and a sofa. A faux fireplace warms up the room with candlelight. Bedroom has a comfortable twin bed and love seat (that I have slept in when our family visits, though of the sofas, prefer the living room setee). Dining area seats four and has a spacious sideboard filed with linens, silver and china. Pass-through kitchen with a granite counter is convenient for conversation while serving. Cappuccino maker, kitchenaid, dishwasher, fairly-equipped and efficient kitchen with European-style half-refrigerator (enough room bring in fresh groceries right before cooking a meal.) Tile bathroom has a new pedestal sink. I live here with my daughter, who is away often.
