I'm moving out of the state a month and a half prior to the end of my lease and am looking for someone who would want to stay the reminder of the lease with the option to renew March 1st.
Pro-rated for Jan is $800 + Feb $1600 = $2400
If you would like to take over the lease and additional $1600 for security will be required.
Women only, no cats. Currently 2 women live here, one is 24 and the other 30. Both work jobs that keep them out of the house all day until about 11 p. m. or so. Very quiet, great location. Please ask for any other information
Room is small, bathroom is shared with one other roommate. (other roommate has her own bathroom) There is one closet in the bedroom and an additional closet in the living room which is free to use as well.
