I am looking for a Mature, Responsible, Professional person who needs to be in NYC for ONLY 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK - NO WEEKENDS ... I'm not looking for a full-time roommate.
My apartment is 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in a high rise building with a doorman; I have a beautifully furnished bedroom (complete with cable TV and WiFi) and en-suite bathroom to rent. The apartment is conveniently close to the hospitals and to the subway. Ideally, you work outside the apartment (not work from home) and are quiet and respectful.
