Hello, sadly, my awesome roommate is moving to Europe for his job so I am in search of a roommate as of JUNE 1st in a private furnished room (sorry, no, cannot make it an “unfurnished") in the downstairs of my duplex apartment (with private bathroom, Full Murphy Bed with an extremely comfortable mattress, air conditioner and TV) on the Upper East Side, near 86th Street Stations Q Trains, 4, 5, 6 Trains and 2nd Avenue Bus lines. The room is extremely quiet since it faces the rear and comes with its own private bathroom (tub & shower), large closet, large dresser, recliner chair, desk and also a PRIVATE GARDEN with barbecue and a shared kitchen and living room.
The rent is $1900 per month and INCLUDES utilities (electric/gas and Wi Fi). Must be cat friendly (though he will never be in your space unless you'd like him to be). Must be responsible, respectful, clean and quiet. Would require you show ID, proof of employment/income and credit check/references. First and last month's rent and security deposit required.
