Sublet available in 1-bed apartment until 7/31!

Had a sublet set up, but they fell through, so looking for someone for November-July 31st 2027. Slightly flexible on the start date, but preference for those that can start earlier than later. The apartment is on Pike St and Monroe St, about 5 minutes walking to the East Broadway F stop. There is an elevator in the building. We would ask you to cover utilities (~$100-$150) and internet ($60) while you are staying here. Rent itself is $2970 (rent will be pro-rated based on start date for November).

The living room has a great view of the Manhattan Bridge and the East River, with south facing windows for good light. The windows have a soundproof layer for noise reduction, but please note that you can hear the train pass by on the bridge. I prefer in person showings for this reason so people can get a sense of if they are comfortable with it or not.

The kitchen area has an island with stools for eating as well as a small table for eating or working. We have a keyboard if you play piano, as well as a full bookshelf with plenty of reading options.

The bedroom has a built in closet and a full size bed. Since we live here full time, some of our personal belongings will remain in the apartment, but we will remove everything from the closets so that you have space for your things.

We have plants as well, we would love if you could water them while you're here.

Closest transportation: F train @ east broadway, JZMF @ delancey essex, BD @ grand. Buses M22, M15, M9 within two blocks of apartment

First month's rent will be pro-rated based on start date. One month security deposit and first month’s rent for keys. I will also ask that you sign a basic sublet agreement for the agreed upon dates.
