I am unfortunately moving out of my room in Two Bridges due to unforseen circumstances, and am looking for someone to sublet my room on the lease until the end of contract (10 months to September 2027), with the possibility to extend and sign on the contract after this too. Sharing with one other guy, 24 years old. He has signed the contract for the whole apartment, so the sublet agreement for the room would be directly with him.

It's a great sized room in a great apartment. Lots of natural light in the room, a fire escape balcony you can go out on to, and also a separate closet space for clothes/storage. Kitchen with full amenities, bath/shower room. The street is nice and quiet and in a good neighbourhood. I can leave some of the furnishings in the room if you like - sofa, rug, mattress.

Looking for someone clean and easygoing.
