Looking for someone to take over my lease from Mig Aug/Sept 1st- Nov 30th. (Need to sign ASAP) A close friend of mine has her sublease ending, so I’ll be moving into a place with her instead of finishing out my current lease.

4th floor walkup located between Halsey and Gates Station (J/Z lines) with a 5-7 minute walk to each. 25 minutes to get to Manhattan. Laundry is a 1-minute walk, two doors down.

The apartment has 4 Bedrooms (4th bedroom is used as shared storage), 2 Full Baths, a Living Room, a Dining Room, and a Kitchen.

The room you’d be taking doesn’t have built in closet, but there is a free standing wardrobe that will be left behind as well as access to the 4th bedroom for storage.
Utilities: Around $40-50 + $27 for wi-fi/person

Standard Requirements: 40x income and good credit OR guarantor w/ 80x income and good credit

Preferably no pets sorry

*Apartment is next to an above ground subway. The bedroom you’d be staying in is on the opposite side and is furthest from the subway. I didn’t notice it after a couple of days, but if you’re sensitive to noise, I maybe wouldn’t recommend.

Roommates: You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other girls who are considering renewing the lease, so you’d have the option to renew.
