This is a large room in a 2 bed (with one flex) apartment in Two Bridges, a 10
Minute walk from Chinatown and the East Broadway F-line stop. You will be living with two friends This will be $2000 for the month’s rent, with utilities and internet on top (will usually be below $100 together). The room will be unfurnished and we will assist if you have any furniture to set up in the room. The apartment has a balcony and we are the top floor just below the roof deck, which is available to all tenants.
