Room with spacious living space in luxury building

Roommate wanted to take over current sublet starting around end of Feb/beginning of March for until May 28, 2023 (total of 3 months). After that you could renew the lease with the other tenants (or find new ones) if you wanted to stay.

The building:
- Luxury apartment complex with laundry in building
- Not a walk up! 3 elevators serving 19 floors
- Top floor is a roof top garden with tables that face a gorgeous view of the Manhattan bridge
- Bottom floor has gym, co-working space, bike storage, laundry, and package room/concierge/security
- Management is very responsive (we just text when we need something fixed)
- Free yoga in-building (roof or co-working space) Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm
- location is 6 min walk to East Broadway for the subway and right on the East river walkway (I bike 10min or walk 25min to FiDi on it to get to work)

The apartment:
- 3 bed 2 bath (you’ll be sharing with 1 other friendly female)
- Large living room with 2 couches, tv, chrome cast, and cable
- Big kitchen with large fridge, oven, stove, and dishwasher (all modern appliances)
- Bills for internet, cable, heat, water, and electric work out to ~$100 per month per person
- Room is sizeable with a large closet (currently has giant wfh desk setup, chair, full bed, bed frame, bookshelf, night stand and there is plenty of room next to the desk for a small 2 seater/loveseat)
- Room has good window with decent natural light that I enjoy looking out of from my desk when I work from home
- Extra closet space is available in the common space
- Common space has balcony that faces the Manhattan skyline

The roommates and me:
- Alex (who you’ll share the bathroom with) is at 28 y/o female in marketing in the tv and entertainment industry
- Whitney is a 30 y/o female in finance
- I’m Kristyn, leaving to move in with my partner in DC, currently subletting from Whitney who has lived in this apartment for 5+ years
- I’m also planning to sell all my furniture for cheap (all together $250) so the room could come furnished if interested and would include:
- 6mo old Zinus 10 in green tea memory foam hybrid full (originally $300), Black metal bed frame with 14 inch storage space under (originally $80, easy to take apart and move!), Ikea desk (originally $250, also easy to take apart and move!), Chair, Bookshelf, Nightstand, 2 lamps
