50 Murray street is address located in Tribeca near the chambers street and World Trade Center train stations. Easy access to the west side highway. Building has a roof top, basketball court, lounge, and tenants enjoy a 40% discount to the equinox in the building. Former roommate is moving in with his gf, but personally I love the building and would love someone to fill his room. I work in finance and am usually not in the apartment too much. Rooms are pretty big where you can fit a large bed, have ample room for desk, dresser etc with a closet.
