My roommate and I are looking for a girl to sublet my room while I'm studying abroad this spring (Jan - April 2026). Exact dates are flexible.

This is a beautiful fully furnished room in a large 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Tribeca. You would have your own bathroom with your own shower and bath. There’s a queen bed, standing desk, full length mirror, and closet in the room, as well as blackout curtains for the windows The room also has its own heat and AC unit.

There is washer/dryer in unit, oven and stove, AC and heat, and wifi (all included in the rent). We’re on the 19th floor with a great view of the city from the balcony.

The building has a 24/7 doorman and elevator. We are right next to west side highway and 123 and ACE subway lines, plus plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, workout classes, and coffee shops in the neighborhood!

My roommate and I are both 24 and graduated from Duke together in 2023. I am in my third year of law school at NYU and will be studying abroad in Buenos Aires in the spring. My roommate moved to New York from San Francisco in July and works in commercial real estate.
