The Space
I'm renting out the other room in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment - I live in the other bedroom, and the one listed is spacious, with a large closet. The bedroom is 20 ft by 10 ft, so plenty of space for any size bed and a WFH set up. The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and dishwasher, and the building has 24 hour doorman service and in-building laundry downstairs as well.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in Tribeca in a really convenient, residential neighborhood, with everything you need just minutes away - the apartment is 1-2 blocks away from 1,2,3, A, C,E and 10 minutes away from R, W, and 4,5,6 lines and PATH. There is a Whole Foods, Target, Barnes & Noble all a block away, and the Hudson River Park and Brookfield Mall with Regal is 3 blocks away.
