Loft in TriBeCa - Multiple rooms - Females Only

We stopped showing the rooms due to COVID-19 (trying to keep everyone at home safe) but we are now open to doing virtual tours now and then in person after if very interested :-) We currently have 2 small and large sized rooms open in total.

We are all girls in a loft on Broadway in TriBeCa. We have the entire floor and 2 full bathrooms. (Plus Two half bathrooms in the hall). Full large kitchen, dining room, living room. All utilities/toiletries/internet included. Also included is cleaning biweekly.

Great part of town, near the water, and 2 min walk to subway (1, A/C/E, N/Q/R, and 6 train, all off Canal or Franklin stations. Also five minute walk to Soho. 15-20 min walk to Trader Joe's.

We have recently painted and reduced rates on the rooms available, due to less interest as less people renting in the city due to Covid. We have one of our very large rooms currently open at $1150, fit queen bed, desk, dresser, etc comfortably. Room is currently furnished.

We also have a smaller sized room for $950, that fits a twin or double bed. This is currently unfurnished but can come furnished with twin mattress and small desk.

All the girls have different hours, and do their own thing, mixture of students and professionals. We're friendly but have our own hustle/ambitions that keep us busy outside of the house, so we're not like a sorority.

We're easygoing, but hate clutter. We keep a clean house (no dirty dishes in the sink). Also no loud music or loud guests after 11pm on weeknights, or live-in boyfriends. No pets. No drugs.

Security deposit and first month upon move-in. 30 days notice to move out. Month-to-month rental agreement.

Great place if you are just moving to New York and haven't found a leased apartment that you love, or if you are in New York temporarily for work/school, or travel a lot, or just broke up with an ex.
