A sublet room is available on Worth Street b/t Broadway and Lafayette. The room gets a lot of natural light and the apartment is very clean and quiet. There is AC/heating in the room.

The building has a doorman, elevator, clean and well-maintained gym, rooftop, and community room. Laundry is also in the building but you can also have wash and fold with free pick up and delivery. This building is rent stabilized.

Apartment Availability:

Looking for a female to take over the remainder of my lease (August 1st-September 30th) with the option to renew. Rent is $1,852. Monthly bills (internet, electricity) are approximately $50-60.

1 month deposit required. The deposit is refundable if the rent is paid on time and if the apartment is not damaged.

The following subway lines are close by: 4, 5, 6, A, C, E, N, Q, R, 1, 2, 3. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Duane Reade, and Target are all within walking distance.
