12 x 9 foot room in a 1200 sq foot loft. 12 foot ceilings. Elevator building. Free Wifi, split electric) Room has a wardrobe, dresser, and designer chandelier. Queen sized Tuft and Needle bed. Can use your own furniture if desired. Apartment has a washer/dryer. Large kitchen area with dishwasher, blender, food processor, rice cooker. Welcome to use all kitchen equipment. Decor is shabby chic/artist funky. Large living/dining room area, 65" TV. Large bathroom - huge tub, filtered shower. ****2 older cats****. It's really important you LOVE cats as I do overnight petting sitting. Taking car of my cats is good with you, hopefully a pleasure. I will compensate you for their care, of course. Often I am gone for a week or more but it depends on the time of year. Otherwise I will be working from home.

Me: Former Air B and B 5 Star host. I am really easygoing, like things neat but not OCD. I know the city really well, a plus if you are new to the area. Happy for you to hang out or not, I am social but you don't have to be.
