Hi we are two professional males (ages 25 and 35) looking for a roommate to take over a room and start a new, 1 year lease with us.

The room is nice, high floor with a great view, and location super close to many subway lines, countless restaurants, and everything else the city has to offer.

We’ve been in this apartment for a year already, and the vibe is good. We keep it clean, mind our own business for the most part, but when we do interact it’s very pleasant. Looking for someone who is respectful, nice, and can pay rent and bills on time as we do.

One roommate travels a lot for work, another works later hours and also travels a lot on the weekends, so it’s not super crowded all the time. You would be sharing a bathroom with the roommate who is out of town a lot for work. We are open to a male or female roommate.

The building includes 24 door man, fitness center, residence lounge, on site laundry room, and roof deck with area to hang out. A credit check and application with the building is needed to move in. The building requires a 1 month rent deposit, and you need to show proven yearly income at 40x the rent ($96,000 total per year).
