I'm traveling for the holidays from Thursday, December 4th to Friday, December 26th and looking for someone clean and respectful to sublet my room while I'm gone.
The Room: The room is furnished with a comfy queen-size bed, nightstands, and a lamp. I'm also leaving my projector for you to use (perfect for movie nights!). You get a ton of storage—a huge double-door closet in the bedroom, plus a large closet in the living room.
As you can see from the video, the room is on a high floor (32) and has giant windows with an awesome view of the city.
The Apartment: It's a shared apartment with just one roommate, who is friendly and works a lot. The whole place is furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need (pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.).
The Building & Neighborhood: We're at the Ritz Plaza, which is a luxury building with a 24/7 doorman and elevators, so it's super secure and great for any packages you might get.
The location is seriously unbeatable for getting around:
2-min walk: A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, 1, 2, 3
5-min walk: B, D, F, M
You're right near Times Square and the Theater District, with a Whole Foods and tons of delis right around the corner.
