Like a hotel room where everything is provided except for room service and the high cost. This is a large and comfortably furnished room in a doorman building in an excellent neighborhood. Safety and ease of access to all types of transportation. The building itself is very well-maintained pre-war and quiet with traffic noise almost completely inaudible. The area has every convenience nearby and is half a block to the new walking path by the river. I’m mostly retired from a professional career, friendly, considerate and respectful. The layout, of the apartment allows us to have excellent privacy. Previous resident described this as “an oasis of calm in a hectic city”.
