Spare Room at E53rd St.

Hi! I have a spare unfurnished room in a furnished 2-bedroom apartment located at the corner of 53rd and 1st Ave. The room is a flex room with enough space for a full (maybe queen) bed, multiple dressers, and a desk. Walls also have built in shelving for extra storage. Large windows with great views and natural lighting. There is no closet in the room but has its own large closet in the hallway.

The apartment has a furnished living room, kitchen, and bathroom with great closet storage. It is located on the 11th floor of a 24/7 doorman and elevator building. There is paid laundry in the basement ($2.50 per machine/cycle). Building is 6 blocks from Trader Joes and 2 blocks from E, M, 6 subways. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores in the area and is 1 block from the East River Pier.

Current share of rent is $1750 but I need to connect with landlord on if he is planning to raise at all for an exact number. Heat, gas, and water is included so only utilities to pay are electric (varies but usually between $40-90) and internet ($15). No pets are allowed. Looking for someone to sign in June and move in July 1st (can be flexible for earlier move in based on current roommate's move out plan).

Roommate must be clean and respectful of the unit and other tenants in the building.
