A Little About Me:

Been in the apartment for almost five years now. I’m 29, work in Manhattan, and would describe myself as clean, friendly, respectful, and pretty easygoing. Outside of work, I love playing guitar, cooking (always happy to share!), exploring NYC’s restaurant scene, finding a great martini, and unwinding with my PS5.

I’m social and enjoy having friends over occasionally, but also value having a comfortable, relaxed home. Ideally, I’m looking for someone similarly clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I’m definitely open to becoming friends with my roommate, whether that’s grabbing drinks, checking out a new restaurant, or hanging out at home, but I’m equally respectful of personal space and independence.

The Apartment & Building:

Rent: You would pay $3,250/month + approximately $125/month in utilities, and $45 for internet.

Location: 54th & 2nd Ave

Your Bedroom: Very large with plenty of space for a king-size bed, dresser, desk/work-from-home setup, tons of closet space, and room for additional furniture and decor.

General Apt Info: Spacious, fully furnished living room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful skyline views, hardwood floors, and tons of natural light, and IN-UNIT LAUNDRY, dishwasher, and 3 separate AC units (Nest)!! Equinox below the building, and PureGym just two doors down. Birch coffee next door, Whole Foods three blocks away. Great speakeasies and bars on 53rd, behind the building.

1.5 bathrooms, meaning we would only share the full shower.

Luxury, full-service building (The Mondrian) with a 24/7 doorman, concierge, and additional laundry facilities.

Transportation: Excellent subway access, with the E/M trains (Lexington Ave/53rd St) about a 3-minute walk away, the 6 train (51st St) about 5 minutes away, and the 4/5/6/N/R/W trains (Lexington Ave/59th St) about 7–8 minutes away

Amazing Midtown East location, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, and easy access to the rest of Manhattan
