Prime Soho - Looking for Roommate to Resign Lease

My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone (ideally female in late or mid 20s) to take over her room from October 1st for a new 1-year lease.

The apartment:
* Located in the HEART of SoHo
* Your room: $2,250/month + utilities
* Top floor of elevator building
* Spacious private bedroom with a closet and very tall ceilings (current roommate is open to selling some of her existing furniture to you, otherwise will be unfurnished!)
* 1 bathroom (shared with me)
* No doorman, but we have an AMAZING super
* No dishwasher or laundry in the building, but there are multiple laundromats nearby (I use a pickup/drop-off wash & fold service that makes it super easy)
* Just a few blocks from Trader Joe’s, Target, and other grocery stores
* Truly the best apartment ever :)

About me:
I'm 28 and work in influencer marketing with a hybrid schedule. Outside of work, I'm equally happy grabbing dinner with friends or spending a quiet night at home. I value keeping shared spaces clean and am looking for a roommate who does the same.

One important note: I have severe food allergies, so I need a roommate who's willing to be mindful about food safety in our shared kitchen. My current roommate and I have navigated this really well, and it's important that whoever moves in is comfortable doing the same. I promise it's unlikely you'll have to change anything about how or what you eat :) Happy to answer any questions about what that looks like in practice!
