Cozy 2bd 1ba apt in a great part of Soho. Quiet tree-lined street just away from the main shopping district. 5 min walk from A/C/E and Trader Joe's, 10 min walk from NYU and most other subway lines.

No amenities and sixth floor walkup. Laundromat on the block. If you're willing to overlook that, the location really does make up for it.

I'm a 27yo working professional and part-time MBA student at NYU. Past roommates have been other NYU MBA students, but I'm open to both students or professionals.

First few pics are my room - the open room is a mirror image of mine, has an extra window, and is slightly larger. Last pics are the actual open room at night (sry they are messy!).
