I am leaving this apartment as I will be leaving, and I am looking for a person to sign the lease renewal with my rommate to take my room in the 2bed/1bath apartment in soho

Prime location and peaceful

A little bit about my roommate: he is a young man working in finance, very easy going and chill - the best roommate I have had so far. He usually goes to the office 5 days a week leaving the apartment at around 6:30am.

This apartment is in a great, safe neighborhood with super close distance accss to subways many famouse restaurants, and cafes. I would say it is the most peaceful neighborhood in soho.
