The available room is fully furnished and includes a bed, 6-drawer dresser, bookshelf, built-in closet, and A/C. You would share the bathroom with tub and eat-in kitchen with one other roommate.

The apartment is in a prewar walk-up building, 3 flights up. It is quiet for the neighborhood, but please note this is a compact NYC apartment with no separate living room.
