Includes: bed frame, mattress, nightstand, desk, desk chair, and shoe rack

Building Fees
- $100 move-in fee
- Security deposit: $2,000 + one month’s rent at signing
- WiFi: $22.50/month

Roommate Requirements
- Clean (no personal items stored in shared living room)
- Mid/late 20s or early 30s
- Full-time professional with a steady job
- Fun and respectful of weekday quiet vibes
- No pets, no smoking
