Hi!

I am traveling for work for the next several months and am therefore offering my modern, furnished studio for sublet from January 1st for a 2-6 month stay.

The apartment is modern with excellent design features and has a ton of natural light. You literally wakeup to east facing sunrise over soho and then get the sunset on the Hudson river west side in the evening.

The apartment is furnished with stylish furnishings. The apartment has in-unit washer & dryer for laundry.

The rent is $4500 per month and includes the wifi and utilities.

There is an amazing roof deck with a panoramic view of the city as well - I've included a video of it here.
