One tenant is not here much as she lives in Washington, DC. Neither has use of the living areas. One has a private entrance so you don't hear her come in. Each has a refrigerator and micro-wave in their rooms. Both are quiet and responsible. Obviously, you would have full use of kitchen and living area.
