Conveniently located between Canal St and West Broadway and close to the A, C, E, N, Q, R, J, M, Z, 1 and 6 trains and walking distance to the West Village, Tribeca, Chinatown and LES.?

Room 1: 1500$/month
The room fits a queen size bed and a closet. Option to buy the closet, the bed and AC from previous roommate if interested.

Room 2: 2000$/month
Big room with enough space for a queen size bed. 2 windows, and a huge built-in closet.

You will be sharing the apartment with one gay male, 30, working in finance. Looking for other professionals, similar profiles would be ideal but not required.

Looking for roommate to move in?November 1st (room 1) and November 15th (room 2). 1st?month rent and a security deposit of one month is required before moving.

Rent includes heat and gas. Additional costs are electricity and common expenses for the apartment (trash bags, cleaning products, etc.).
