Subleasing my room located right on the corner of SoHo and TriBeCa neighborhoods! This amazing, central downtown location is steps from the RWNQ lines, and just blocks from the 6, ACE, and 123 lines, as well as close walking distance to all SoHo, Tribeca, Fidi, Chinatown, Noho, Little Italy and Nolita neighborhoods. 3rd floor walkup on quiet street with only two other units in building.
Currently has 4 other fun, friendly female roommates. We love to hang out and cook dinners and brunches and hang on the roof, but are also very respectful and quiet! The apartment is also very spacious and never feels crammed - over 2,000 sq ft! Includes two bathrooms and in-unit laundry. Bedroom can fit a full or queen bed and includes custom built shelving/closet unit for storage - all other furniture excluded as shown in pics. If needed, can include my Casper mattress and box spring for additional $350 (originally $700+).
Rent is $1425/month, plus $10/month for internet and additional costs for electric (varies each month), with gas/water included. Hoping to sublease for 4 months (Oct 1 - Jan 31) but terms negotiable, and have the option to extend lease after 1/31 - roommates will be moving out at this date though.
