small stylish soho apartment. I have just resigned my lease May 1st & my Roomate moved back home so I am looking for someone to fill her spot.

about me:

I am a 27 year old female and am clean, respectful of people's space and belongings and expect the same in return. I have a fun social life so I am not home a lot. I am looking for someone who is a heavy sleeper (doesn't wake up easily to noise) because I am right below Houston street and it can be a little loud sometimes outside due to the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city. I am also looking for someone who is financially responsible ( pay rent on time) and someone who is not frugal ( someone who doesn't replace toilet paper, paper towels, soap/basic toiletries once they are empty). I am giving, understanding, supportive and an overall reasonable person and expect my future Roomate to be just as reasonable as well. It's the little things in life that matter to me.

Internet is 20$ a month each
gas/electric is 50$ a month each
