Looking to share my studio apt with a commuter for 3-5 days per week. - You need to have a place to live for the other days.

I only need the apt for 2 days out of the week and am flexible on days.

The apt is extremely quiet and facing the courtyard - no street noise! you have SW exposure and it gets really nice morning sun.. Black marble bathroom with jaccuzzi size bathtub.
The apt is semi furnished. Minimal cooking only.

The studio is located on the top floor of a 5 story walk up boutique Coop building in the heart of Soho. Close to Subway, Trader Joe, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to NYU and Washington Square Park.

Looking for someone responsible, clean with references.
