Unfurnished room available in a 3-bedroom luxury apartment on Roosevelt Island starting 5/1 for a 12-month lease. The building is located along the East River with beautiful views of Manhattan, about a 13-minute walk to the F/M train and a 15-minute walk to the Roosevelt Island Tram, and it’s on the Red Bus route (free!), which gets you to the subway in about 5 minutes. We also have the Q102 bus line that gets you to LIC/Astoria and the ferry if you like boat rides.

The monthly rent for the room is $1,850, not including utilities (electric and Wi‑Fi). Wi‑Fi is a fixed monthly cost, while the electric bill varies by season and usage. The building offers many amenities, including 24/7 concierge service, a laundry room, fitness room, gorgeous roof deck, and communal work space. There is a supermarket directly across the street from the building.

The apartment itself is very spacious, with abundant natural light and central A/C and heating. You would share a bathroom (with a bathtub) with one roommate. The current roommates are two working professional women in their 30s, plus a friendly 5-year-old male cat.

The available room has a large window that lets in tons of natural light and overlooks the East River with gorgeous sunrise views. There is a huge closet with ample storage space above. The room comfortably fits a queen-size bed, nightstand, and desk with additional room to spare.

We are ideally looking for a female roommate in her 30s who is either a grad student or a working professional with a hybrid or in-office schedule. You must be okay with cats (sorry, no additional pets allowed).
