Large Room with Private Bath Lease Takeover

The room for rent is a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom. It’s spacious enough to divide it into a sleeping section & a working section. The bathroom is decent sized, and there is a big closet. The building has a gym, a patio, and laundry room. A grocery store is right next to the building (3 minute walk) , and there are 3 convenience stores 10 minutes away walking distance (5 minutes taking the red bus). About the roommates, we have 1 male roommate is occupying the flex bedroom (former living room) and he is a professional; 1 female roommate is occupying the side bedroom and she is currently a student. They share a bathroom. Both roommates are very nice and friendly, we’ve never had any kind of conflicts. They are both very quiet and clean too. We split the utility bills three ways. For pets, cats are fine because I have two cats, if you have dogs, we’d have to have my roommates consent.

I’ve lived on Roosevelt Island for 3 years and it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed in NY. It has the lowest crime rate in the city, it’s quiet and very pedestrian-friendly. It’s also good for jogging and exercising - RI also have a sports center and a swimming pool, discounted membership price only for residents.

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends in late August. But it’s renewable if you’d like to continue staying. I believe the other roommates will renew also.
