This is a private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment with great view located in the heart of Roosevelt Island. Flexible term, month to month. AC unit in the room, WIFI and all utilities included. Kitchen and living room will be shared with all kitchen accessories included. Linen and towels are also available. Building has an elevator and doorman. Building also has laundry room. The apartment faces Queensborough bridge / some of the Manhattan gorgeous views as well as some of Queens. We are very clean and like to keep the common areas as neat as possible. Your room is absolutely your space and will never be accessed by anyone else. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE.

Roosevelt Island is Super clean and neat area, very safe, family and student populated mostly, ( There is a college campus on the island). You can reach Manhattan by F train which is 1 minutes away from the building ( one stop to 59th and Lexington - Midtown), by air tram ( 3 min away) and a NYC ferry boat ( 2 min away). The island has a lot of parks, sport activities, ambulance, library, Public Safety - Roosevelt Island police, elementary, middle, high school, 3 grocery stores ( deli, supermarket and healthy - food store), its own RI bus which is free.
