Looking for a female flatmate to share my furnished apartment with.

The apartment is a 2-bed 2-bath with a balcony that has a view of the river, within a 7 minute walk to the F subway and tram, one stop away from midtown, and about 20min to downtown. The area has convenience stores and bars yet it is in a safe and quiet location.

The room being let out is 16'×11', has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and study desk, and you will have your own bathroom. The washer dryer is in the apartment which is a bonus. The TV is in the living room. No pets please.

I am the live-in landlord, an accountant by profession and work for a bank on a hybrid schedule (3 days at work per week).
