Roosevelt Island is a lovely and peaceful island right next to Manhattan with the "F" train, the aerial Tramway and the Ferry! On the island, you have grocery stores, Food Town, Starbucks, Duane Reade, parks, basketball & soccer fields, table tennis, Cornell University, barbecue facilities and restaurants.

$1400/month, one month deposit, no broker fee and you'd need to be ready to sign a lease to be ready to move in on October 22nd.
