Short or Long-term Spacious Room by Midtown East

Huge, furnished room in luxury building on Roosevelt Island: 24-hour doorman, laundry-room with all utilities included in monthly rent. As the room is fully furnished there is not much space for bringing additional furniture. There is a large kitchen but seeking someone who doesn't cook though they can use the microwave and large fridge.

Beautiful view of both Manhattan and Queens. Located in a high-rise building on Roosevelt Island only 5 minutes away from mid-town Manhattan. This area is well-known for green spaces and recreational areas right by the East River, and an eclectic international community due to its vicinity to the UN.

You'd be sharing the apartment with a nerdy, quiet and drama-free woman who never brings the party home. I'd prefer to rent to only one person and not have sleepovers. If I can find a trustworthy person, I would be willing to be flexible about the time period or preferred starting date but for logistical reasons, I need 30 days in order to give notice.

I don't socialize with roommates as I am very busy, and keep to myself.

There would be a discount on the price of the rent if a number of months were paid in advance.
