US: We're two professionals, 1F, 1M ? both friendly, unfussy, clean, working full-time. We're honestly barely home between our travel & work schedules, and looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
The apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful and quiet Roosevelt Island, on an upper floor with un-New York-like quiet and cross-breezes. High-floor means great views and more light!

- In-building laundry (!)
- Shared: large kitchen, living room (if you have living rm furniture, let us know, we're losing some!), full bath
- Full-time building management and maintenance

YOU: M/F working professional. Respectful, non-raucous and friendly human! You are clean and can take on your equal share of taking care of a household; we try to eco-clean in the house. Non-smoker. No pets (we wish.. sorry!). No students, no couples.

RENT: $1420/month (all utilities included). + Fios/TV approx $40/mo, $1420 security deposit.
