The available room is fully furnished with a bed, 6-drawer dresser, bookshelf, built-in closet, and A/C.
You'd share a bathroom (with tub) and eat-in kitchen with one other roommate.

The apartment is in a prewar walk-up building, 3 flights up — quiet for the neighborhood, but please note it's a compact NYC apartment with no separate living room.
