I have a smaller 2BR/1BA Apt in NoLIta near several subway lines. I work from home 4 days/week so this is NOT IDEAL for anyone working from home all the time.

The neighborhood is amazing (look up Nolita if you're not familiar - we border Soho, Lower East Side, Chinatown, and Noho/East Village). Mainly young professionals, and older ppl in the building so it's a quiet crowd

Apartment gets lots of natural light (rare). This is a WALK-UP (4 flights) so not great for someone who can't walk up a few flights of stairs.

Room comes with full bed and large clothes rack and desk

Me: mid 30s, I travel a good amount in the summers so you'll have place to yourself

You: Clean and fairly chill when home. Someone who doesn't work from home (tight space for two ppl to WFH)

If you travel often for work or only need the apartment for less than 14 days/month, I can take off utilities

minimum stay 3 months and can do month to month after if that's your preference

Rent ($1750) includes heat, water, internet.

Deposit required: One month.

Will be available late January but can be flexible on either end for the right fit
